I’m Andy Johnson, the founder of CultureShift Services. My passion is helping people and organizations step into transformation—whether that’s navigating change, building stronger teams, or growing in intercultural competence.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: coach, debriefer, departmental leader, assessor, trainer, cross-cultural worker. These experiences have taught me that growth doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens when people have a safe place to reflect, gain new tools, and take intentional steps forward.
Professional Experience – More than twenty years of coaching, training, and walking with individuals and organizations through transition and growth.
Cross-Cultural Insight – Significant experience living and working in diverse cultural contexts, which gives me a deep appreciation for the complexity and beauty of cultural differences.
Relational Approach – A focus on listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding—not prescribing—so that growth comes from within you or your team.
Proven Tools – Training in coaching, team building, and intercultural development, along with practical frameworks to help translate insights into real change.
For me, this work isn’t just professional—it’s personal. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people embrace growth, process their stories, and take steps toward healthier, more intentional lives and organizations.
My role is to walk alongside you, helping you clarify your goals, strengthen your team, and navigate the shifts that lead to lasting transformation.
